We are pleased to report that the Funds, to which we provide investment-related services (*1) is completing the capital participation in Yachiyo Care Support Co., Ltd (Headquarters: Tamba Shi, Hyogo; President: Hajime Ikegami; URL: https://yachiyo-c-s.co.jp/; the “Yachiyo Care Support”).
Yachiyo Care Support, founded in 1990, provides rental of nursing care equipment to those who need a home care. Since its founding, Yachiyo Care Support achieved steady growth by providing quality service. Currently, Yachiyo Care Support operates in 3 locations (Tamba Shi, Hyogo, Sanda Shi, Hyogo, and Kameoka Shi, Kyoto).We believe the demand to the service Yachiyo Care Support is providing will continue to increase as the aging of the population will continue in the Japanese society.
Through this capital participation, we plan to support further growth of Yachiyo Care Support by expanding the area, increase efficiency in operation, and strengthening governance together with the existing management team.
