We are pleased to announce that the funds, to which we provide investment-related services (*1) concluded the contract to transfer all the stocks of Alpha Corporation Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo, President: Toshiyasu Yoshida, URL: https://alpha-katekyo.jp/, the “Alpha”) to Rembrandt Investment Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Atsugi city, Kanagawa prefecture, President: Naohisa Komatsu) and one other firm.
Alpha operates in-home tutoring service under the brand name of “Kateikyoshino Alpha (Alpha’s tutors)” nationwide, and also operates 15 classrooms of private tutoring in Sapporo city and Osaka city. J-STAR has supported the improvement of marketing and strengthened the structure of their governance and compliance.
We believe Alpha will achieve further growth supported by Rembrandt Group.
