We are pleased to announce that the Funds, to which we provide investment-related services (*1) completed the capital participation in Toy Factory Co., Ltd. (Headquarter: Kani, Gifu: President: Akifumi Fujii; URL: https://toy-factory.jp/).
Toy Factory was established in 1995. As the industry-leading company, the Company has been launching high-quality and modern recreational vehicles (RVs). The Company mainly builds and sells camper vans, winning numerous awards including “Recreational Vehicle of the Year”.
The Company owns the #1 share in the camper van market in Japan as a result of continuous effort in the pursuit of creating better products since its foundation. With the technical and designing skills accumulated through building RVs, the new challenge the Company is now working on is to create new mobility outside the box.
The Company plans to build a new factory to maximize the building capacity; be one of the first five official dealers of Fiat Professional; open a new specialty store which will be their third store in the Kanto area that offers imported RVs; open a Toy Factory Toki branch, their second store in Chubu area; and sells their RVs overseas. We will support the Company’s growth so that more and more people can enjoy riding the Company’s RVs.
