We are pleased to report that the Funds, to which we provide investment-related services (*1) completed the capital participation in Kojima Suisan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Susaki Shi, Kouchi: President: Shinsuke Kojima; URL: https://www.kojimasuisan.com, the “Kojima Suisan”) through a newly formed holding company (the “Hold Co”).
Kojima Suisan operates sales of farmed fish feed, fish and marine products, as well as a freight trucking business. The fish firm of red sea bream, yellowtail, and great amberjack which Kojima Suisan operates is located in Tosa Bay which is a very suitable location for fish firming throughout the year, supported by Kuroshio Current. Together with their business clients, Kojima Suisan provides high-quality fish to fish markets, restaurants, and supermarkets consistently for long years.
The Hold Co will support further growth of Kojima Suisan, together with their management.
