We are pleased to report that N Holdings (NHD), a company invested by the Funds, to which we provide investment-related services (*1), completed the capital participation in NISCOM Inc. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tokutaro Onoe; URL: https://ssl.niscom.co.jp/; “NISCOM”).
NISCOM was founded in 1972 and conducts IT infrastructure management and maintenance. It has been achieving stable IT infrastructure performance for a wide variety of its clients, as a multivendor independent from specific prime vendor groups.
NHD will support NISCOM’s business activities together with its management, including growth pursuit with a view to exploring additional roll-up opportunities of new businesses to NHD group, leveraging NISCOM’s proven business management and technology expertise and J-STAR’s networks.
