Joined J-STAR in March 2024. She is engaged in investments and value-up activities for Shirayuki (planning, manufacturing, and sale of household goods), Echigoya (dried fish restaurants) after she joined the company. Before joining J-STAR, she was engaged in strategy consulting at Accenture. She was responsible for a wide range of areas including business strategy, new business development, customer experience strategy, business management, and organizational reform, with a focus on the automotive and transportation industries. She received a Master and Bachelor degree of Engineering from the University of Tokyo.
