We are pleased to announce that Kenta Shima, Partner at J-STAR, has been selected for Private Equity International (PEI)’s “40 Under 40: Future Leaders – 2025: Operators”.
This recognition highlights his outstanding contributions across a wide range of fields, including fundraising, operations, and investment activities, as the youngest partner at J-STAR. In particular, his work on the fundraising of the J-STAR No.5 Series Funds, the execution of Japan’s first continuation fund transaction, and his contributions to the club deal with Potentia Capital were highly commended.
