We are pleased to announce that the fund (*1) to which our company provides investment-related services has completed the sale of all shares of Yachiyo Care Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuki Kashiyama, hereinafter “Yachiyo Care HD”) to KSK Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo Ward, Osaka City, Osaka; Representative Director: Toshiyuki Iguchi, hereinafter “KSK”).
Yachiyo Care Support Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture; Representative Director: Hajime Ikegami), a subsidiary of Yachiyo Care HD has been engaged in the rental and sales of welfare equipment as well as related home renovation services since its establishment in 1990. The company currently operates five locations across Hyogo and Kyoto Prefectures. Since our investment in October 2021, J-STAR has supported the company’s growth through strengthening its recruitment and management systems, as well as facilitating the opening of new stores.
We believe Yachiyo Care HD will achieve further growth under KSK.
