Joined J-STAR in July 2021. He is responsible for value creation activity for caname (operating personal training gyms), aki-japan corporation (staffing of architectural engineers), paiza (IT education) after he joined the company. In addition to taking part in managerial support activities, such as additional acquisitions and communication with financial institutions, he contributes to top-line growth by supporting the creation and implementation of growth strategies, designing KPI, and performing daily monitoring. Before joining J-STAR, he worked in the private equity investment business at JIC Capital and the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ). Before that, he worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation and Recruit. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tokyo.
