Sale of Shares of Mattrz Inc.

We are pleased to announce that we have sold all the shares of Mattrz Inc. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshitaka Yokokawa, “Mattrz”), owned by the fund*, to which we provide investment-related services, to BIPROGY Inc. (Head Office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Noboru Saito, “BIPROGY”).

Through this transaction, we believe that Mattrz will achieve further growth under the ownership of BIPROGY.

*J-STAR provides investment-related services to J-STAR No.3 SS, LP, etc. directly or via subsidiaries, such as due diligence and recommendation of investment opportunities, and target company management support.
