Joined J-STAR in November 2019. He is engaged in investments and value-up activities for GENEX (wholesale of generic drugs), N Holdings (IT services), and Sunsmile (planning and sale of make-up and beauty products). During the investment period, he supports the decision-making process of the management team and the efforts to define the company’s overall goals, including the formulation of medium-term management plans and budget plans. In addition, he engages in hiring management and administrative personnel, dealing with financial institutions, building a business promotion system through daily communication, improving productivity, and reducing costs by visualizing and improving operations through joint projects with portfolio company employees. Before joining J-STAR, he was engaged in strategy consulting at Dream Incubator Inc. He was responsible for business planning and new business strategy development for various clients from medium-sized companies to large corporations. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kyoto University.
