He made 7 investments (13 investments including additional acquisitions) in RENATUS (Recycling and waste disposal, Environmental infrastructure and building maintenance Consulting), Sincere (industrial waste treatment, building maintenance, waste management), Shinnihon Kaihatsu (industrial waste treatment, home appliance recycling), Honest (automotive recycled part manufacturing), JVCC (veterinary clinic), Aisei Pharmacy (management of pharmacies), and Platia (caregiving for people with dementia), and executed 1 successful exit. He provides support regarding management decisions as a consultant to CEO and other managers and helps them to create, implement and manage strategies adapted to the situation of the company, introduce management accounting, design incentives, increase the motivation of managerial staff, build systems to facilitate M&A, and deal with financial institutions. He always tries to quickly and repeatedly go back and forth between practice and theory and approaches investment practice with a broad perspective that transcends the boundaries of the industry.
